  • Tip Burnishing Tool from Adr`47

Ordered this bit of kit thinking "Is it a gimmick however on opening package any doubts went out the window.
The tool is a real meaty tube of what I think is Teflon ( You could use it as a axle spindle on a small car ) no rough edges. Ok ! does it work YES ! just pop it over the end of the cue and after a few twists you have a gleaming perfect straight burnished edge.

1/ Real good quality not a flimsy piece of plastic.
2/Does the job Adr 147 said it would.
3/No more masking tape if you are one of those members who use fine grade paper for burnishing,
4/No danger of scratching shaft e.c.t
5/Can be used as a tip protector.
    6/Prompt delivery well packed.
7/ You can get a perfect straight burnish line
8/ NO MORE £20 pound note burnishing "I am always skint and never have one"

I think Adr 147 may be bringing out his own brand of tips ! keep us updated Adr.

I know that feeling Neil, I am still waiting on Royal Mail delivering my tips and tip burnisher.

I was cleaning my cue on Tuesday night before my league match and my tip came off too, restuck it and played. Now its off and in the bin, hopefully my stuff comes in the post today.

That's very strange as my tip burnisher and few other items... haven't turned up since i ordered two weeks ago as well. I've no trust in Royal mail but for small items what choice do you have..?

You wonder what their Aladdin's Cave is like Southpaw.......it must be a bloody massive Depot !

Yes you are right , you have no option on smaller items than to use them . I suppose you could use a carrier pigeon ......but then again in this day and age , some bugger would probably shoot it and eat it !

I know what your saying. To top it off the postman doesn't even deliver until almost 3pm here.

On a side note, Just checked the mailbox and low and behold my parcel from Andrew has arrived.

There is no excuse the packages have a well printed label and a secure bubble packing !!! unless there is something a bit fishy cant see how they can go astray, hope you can get this problem resolved.

Unless there was a problem at adr's main sorting postal depot... Andrew is kindly sending the order out again but if the original order is received i will post straight back and reimburse the postage...
